Suspicious device thrown at Tacony home sparks fire, officials say

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- An investigation is underway Monday morning into a suspicious fire in the city's Tacony section.

Firefighters were called to the 8600 block of Glenloch Street at 1:15 a.m.

Authorities said a suspicious device was tossed at a house and landed on an awning, sparking a small fire.

There are no reports of any injuries.
