Investigators from the NTSB arrived at Newark Liberty International Airport on Monday after a near catastrophe over the weekend.
A ground stop was issued for incoming flights at Newark Liberty International Airport on Thursday morning because of Air Traffic Control communication issues.
The one-second outage caused air traffic controllers to delay at least one departure Sunday afternoon.
The first flights will departed Monday morning, and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy will be at the airport for a news conference in the afternoon.
