Philadelphia Freedom transformed Saint Joe's Hagan Arena

WYNNEFIELD (WPVI) -- Personnel working with the Philadelphia Freedoms transformed Saint Joseph's University's Hagan Arena in Wynnefield Monday.

The home of the university's men's and women's basketball teams is being turned into a world-class professional tennis venue.

Crews installed 24 rolls of court, each weighing 300 pounds.

The Freedoms home opener is scheduled for Thursday night at seven.

They are currently competing in World Team Tennis.
