BUSHKILL, Pa. -- A falling tree after heavy storms and flooding in northeastern Pennsylvania hit a vehicle and killed the 31-year-old motorist inside.

Authorities said the tree fell Wednesday morning on Route 209 in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area.

A park spokeswoman told The Morning Call of Allentown that the Monroe County Coroner's office pronounced Manual Loureiro of Bushkill dead at the scene.
