Upskirt photos at Main Line store leads to arrest

RADNOR, Pa. (WPVI) -- A man is facing charges after a woman accused him of taking photos up her skirt inside a Main Line grocery store.

The incident took place Friday, August 22nd at the Giant Food Store located at 550 E Lancaster Avenue in Radnor.

The woman told police that a man was following her around the store.

She says the man had his iPhone out and appeared to be taking a picture or video up her skirt.

The investigation led to the arrest of 49-year-old Brian Bailey.

On Friday, August 29th Bailey was arrested and charged with two counts of Invasion of Privacy, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment.
