Philly Pops files lawsuit against Philadelphia Orchestra/Kimmel Center
The Philly Pops alleges the Philadelphia Orchestra and the Kimmel Center (POKC) willfully engaged in unlawful, anticompetitive and predatory conduct designed to force the Pops out of business.
