Aviation expert gives insight into Philadelphia plane crash

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Capt. Ron Alvarado, former Marine One commander and pilot, joined 6abc Action News on Friday night to offer insight into the plane crash in Northeast Philadelphia.
