'Santa's helper' captures holiday memories for families

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- 'Tis the season for holiday magic, and for many, that includes a visit with Santa.

And at Christmas Village in Center City, there is a special elf. But instead of making toys, he's creating memorable moments for families to cherish for decades.
