Local artist making his mark inside Reading's famous Pagoda

READING, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Pagoda has been a symbol in the City of Reading for more than a century.

It's been closed for renovations since 2023.

Now, as it prepares to reopen, a local artist is making his mark on the landmark.
