Philly cop recalls jumping into action after toddler falls in creek

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police Officer Michael Rooney didn't hesitate to dive into action when a little girl fell into a fast-moving creek.

The waters of the Pennypack Creek can often be unforgiving and unpredictable.

Wading through water, Rooney carried the 3-year-old on his back to safety.
