WARMINSTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a case of possible road rage after a man stabbed another driver at a busy intersection in Warminster, Bucks County.
It happened around 4:00 p.m. Saturday at West Street and York roads.
Police say a 45-year-old Hatboro man and a 47-year-old Warminister man pulled over and started arguing.
Witnesses say the two men jumped out of their cars in a fit of rage before one stabbed the other.
Eagle Diner employee Noyon Belayet was at the Sunoco next door when he watched the men chase each other around their vehicles.
"When I saw it, all the blood coming. It was crazy. I didn't move, I just stood," said Belayet.
Police say one man suffered cuts to his face and the other was stabbed in the stomach.
Workers at the Sunoco say the injured men tried to get into their store but they locked the doors.
Witnesses say the men ran across Street Road and continued their fight and a Good Samaritan even tried to break them up.
"I can't believe someone had the nerve to commit. That's pretty personal, don't you think, stabbing someone," said Mary Brady.
Police responded and paramedics transported one man to Doylestown Hospital and the second to Abington Hospital.
The violent encounter was on the minds of Brady, an Eagle Diner employee, and her coworkers all night.
"Clothes were in the street, blood was everywhere. It was a crazy scene," said Brady.
Investigators questioned both men in the hospital. Their names have not been released.
So far, no word on any charges.
