VIDEO: Rain changes to snow in Collegeville

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Action News was in Collegeville, Montgomery County as rain changed over to snow around 5 a.m. Thursday.

The snow was wet and heavy, just as AccuWeather predicted.

PennDOT trucks were out in force.

Motorists were being advised to use caution due to poor visibility and slick conditions.

All courts and government offices in the county were closed Thursday due to the storm.
