WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Officials say a fast-moving house fire in West Philadelphia was deadly.
Flames broke out around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 5300 block of Delancey Street.
Authorities have not yet said who died.
Fire Commissioner Adam Thiel tweeted out that the fire department's thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the difficult outcome.
