Police identified man shot to death in West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have identified the man who died after being shot multiple times in West Philadelphia.

Billy Neal, 25, was found on the sidewalk in the unit block of North 52nd Street shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday.

He was rushed to the hospital, but was pronounced dead a short time later.

Police have no word on a suspect or motive in this case.

As with all homicide cases in Philadelphia, there is a $20,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
