Look for discounts from your mobile carrier. In the spring, T-Mobie, AT&T and Verizon tend to offer perks and sales.

Spring often brings some good TV sales and Deal News says the best bargains are on 55" or 42" models right now.

However, if you're in the market for a new laptop, wait for back to school sales start in September.

Apple TV is also expected to drop its prices in June, so hold off on your streaming device if you can.
