Witnesses: Argument leads to deadly shooting in Germantown

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Witnesses say an argument led to gunfire in the Germantown section of Philadelphia.

It happened just after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of a West Seymour Street.

Police found 56-year-old Timothy Milburn shot in the stomach lying in the street.

He was taken to Einstein Medical Center but later died from his injuries.

Investigators are continuing to search for the suspect.
