WOODBURY HEIGHTS, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the hit-and-run driver who crashed into a home in Woodbury Heights, Gloucester County.

It happened sometime between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. Saturday in the 200 block of Central Avenue.

Police say a car ran off the road and slammed into a house, causing extensive damage to a bedroom.

"The damage to the house can be replaced but if you hurt someone inside, especially my daughter who that's her room, that would give me a lot of concern, and that person should really come forward and notify the police of this incident," said Douglas Daniels, homeowner.

Fortunately no one was injured.

The driver fled and was last seen headed toward Alliance Avenue.

Witnesses say the car is blue with damage to the rear side.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Patrolman Jason Neely at 856-848-6707 or 856-589-0911.
