Police: Women took thousands in merchandise from Delco Macy's

SPRINGFIELD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities are looking for a pair of women who shoplifted thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from a Macy's Department Store in Delaware County.

It was around 8 p.m. Friday when the police responded to a report of a retail theft at the Springfield Mall, located on Baltimore Pike.

Detectives say then women took more than $3,700 in goods and then left the area in a tan Ford Focus.

Today police released surveillance video from inside the store, hoping someone recognizes the suspects.
