Pedestrian hit by vehicle in Philadelphia's Wissinoming section

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in Philadelphia's Wissinoming section.

It happened around 3:15 a.m., near Torresdale Avenue and Howell Street.

A vehicle with a damaged windshield remained at the scene.
