RIDLEY TWP., Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police announced an arrest in connection with a deadly shooting and crash in Delaware County.
Marquice Pierce was arrested Monday and charged with murder and other offenses in connection with the deaths of 33-year-old Joshua Waltz and 29-year-old Clinton Martin.
"Incredible work by law enforcement, particularly state police, who in a three-month investigation have been able to close this case," said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.

It happened back in September, along the I-95 North ramp to I-476 in Ridley Township.
State police say Martin was shot in his neck while he was driving. He lost control of his vehicle, then hit Waltz who was standing near his vehicle, on the shoulder of the ramp.
Both men were pronounced dead.
Stollsteimer said state police used license plate readers to track the victim's car. They also determined that the suspect followed Martin before he opened fire.
"They had a witness in the community come forward to tell us a story that a guy named Marquice was telling people that he had shot somebody on I-476 and he had dumped the gun in a storm drain," said Stollsteimer.
State police say they recovered a bag containing the suspect's gun and had the weapon analyzed. DNA evidence led to Pierce, who is now charged with first- and third-degree murder.
"It brings me some relief that, whatever transpired that night, the person is arrested," said Clinton Martin's mother, Candace Newton.
Clinton, who family members affectionately called "Truck," was headed home from work when he was shot and killed.
"He was just an all-around good dude," saidClinita Martin, the victim's sister. "He just wanted to see the smiles on people's faces, anything he could do to help you, he just wanted to help you. Just because of how genuine he was."
The District Attorney says the motive behind the initial shooting is still unclear.
Pierce is also being charged with driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, receiving stolen property, and several weapons offenses.
