Police investigate 7-Eleven robbery in Tacony

TACONY (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a robbery inside a 7-Eleven store in the Tacony section of Philadelphia.

The incident occurred around 5:00 a.m. on the 6900 block of Torresdale Avenue.

Officials say three men flashing a weapon robbed the clerk on duty.

The three suspects then fled the scene. It's not clear on what was stolen.

The clerk was not hurt.

Police are searching for the three suspects.
