Home town hero is honored

BARRINGTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A Camden County man who's dedicated his life to serving our country was honored in Barrington Town Hall.

Ron DiCarlo was drafted in 1967 and served in Vietnam and Korea.

After being honorably discharged from active duty, DiCarlo spent decades working with the VFW and helping wounded warriors.

Wednesday night, county officials presented him with a proclamation celebrating his service.
