RIDLEY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A car fire snarled rush hour traffic in Delaware County Monday morning.
It happened at 6:00 a.m. Monday on the overpass connecting I-95 North to I-476 (the Blue Route) North in Ridley Township.
Police say two cars collided, sending one into the guard rail, where it caught fire.
Two people in that car were taken to an area hospital to be evaluated.
There was no immediate word on their conditions.
Authorities closed the ramp for nearly two hours, while crews worked to clear the scene.
It was finally reopened by 7:54 a.m.
