Fire forces family from their Delaware County home

ALDAN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials say a blaze forced a family from their home in Aldan, Pennsylvania early Friday morning.

The fire broke out around 2:00 a.m. on the 100 block of East Rively Avenue.

Fire officials say the blaze appears to have started in the basement area of the house.

Everyone was able to get out safely.

So far, there is no word on what sparked the blaze.
