WEST CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A former music teacher was back in court to face charges of child sex abuse.
Anton Fomin waived his preliminary hearing in West Chester on Wednesday.
The 44-year-old lost his job at the Malvern School of Music after he was accused of inappropriately touching three six-year-olds during piano lessons.
Action News spoke exclusively to Fomin's wife who believes the charges are a misunderstanding.
She tells us, "I know my husband for so many years. We've been so close to each other. It's only my family member in this country. We had the same schedule. We been waking up in the morning together, going to bed together. I'm sure he wouldn't hurt anyone."
The Chester County District Attorney announced new charges against Fomin last week for allegedly showing nude photos of children to several additional victims.
Fomin is being held on $600,000 bail.
