Contruction workers rescued from flooded tunnel

Four construction workers whose boat capsized in a Kansas flood-control tunnel have been rescued and are doing fine. The Kansas City Star reports that all four were treated for hypothermia at the scene and released.

The construction crew was working on a flood-control project. Authorities say the boat capsized because recent heavy rains made the water level in the quarter-mile tunnel higher than normal.

The nearly 90-year-old tunnel was recently restored.
