He's charged in a 5:15 a.m. shooting on Aug. 17, 2003. Police found 21-year-old Abraham Adamski, of Ashburn, Va., wounded in the abdomen. He died at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.
Allentown police said dozens of people were at the convenience store at the time. Police say the shooting occurred about an hour after fighting broke out outside two clubs a few blocks away.
Assistant District Attorney Steven Luksa said the investigation is continuing and declined to give further details.
