'Girl's Gone Wild' CEO Joe Francis says DVD sales and rentals are down 20-percent.
Francis along with 'Hustler' porn tycoon Larry Flynt issued a joint statement asking Congress for a $5-billion bailout to help "rejuvenate the sexual appetite of America."
The adult entertainment industry rakes in an estimated 3 to 13-billion dollars a year.
Some view the request as a publicity stunt. Francis says they're not doing this for PR, saying that congress should back the bailout because the industry supports small business.
