PRICES CORNER, Del. - July 6, 2009 It happened near the intersection of state Route 41 and Milltown
Road near Prices Corner around 11 p.m. Saturday.
Police say the officer in a marked car was driving south on
Route 41 when the motorcyclist passed on the left in a no pass zone
and sideswiped the car. The motorcyclist then lost control and
crashed into a northbound vehicle.
Police say the motorcyclist left the unregistered yellow Suzuki
in the road and ran away.
