Flames broke out around 7:30 at a building located on the 1000 block of Conshohocken Road in Plymouth, Montgomery County.
Hindering firefighter efforts to contain the blaze was low water pressure in the area.
Companies from the surrounding area were brought in for water support.
No word on what caused the smoky blaze.
