A man lost control of his bike and slammed into a parked truck on the 2700 block of Kensington Avenue.
He and his female passenger were thrown from the motorcycle on impact.
The woman was killed. The driver suffered a broken leg.
Police say he was speeding and officers found narcotics on him.
He is now facing a number of charges.
