The two vehicle crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. when a pickup truck and an SUV vehicle collided on Brownsville Road just west of Bristol Road.
The impact of the crash sent both vehicles off the roadway and into a nearby field.
5 people were taken to St. Mary's Hospital and Holy Redeemer Hospital.
At least two people are reported to be in critical condition.
