The shooting happened around 1:14 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of Ridge Avenue.
Police say one man, in his 20's, was shot multiple times in the chest and back and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Another man, also in his 20's, suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and was last reported in stable condition.
There is no word yet on the circumstances of this shooting.
