How's 15 dollars for a house sound?

FLOWER MOUND, Texas (AP) - August 1, 2011

It's not too good to be true for Kenneth T. Robinson.

The vitamin and dietary supplement salesman has moved into the suburban Dallas home after researching Texas' obscure "adverse possession" law.

It's known as squatter's rights.

He identified the 1997-built house as abandoned and filed an affidavit with Denton County for a $15 fee.

Neighbors don't like it.

But police tell The Dallas Morning News it's not a criminal matter.

Robinson promises to make improvements to the property.

He adds he's in it for the long haul.
