PHILADELPHIA - January 4, 2014 --
Philadelphia Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the Logan section Saturday night. Police say a 23-year-old man was shot on the porch of his home in the 4900 block of North Franklin Street around 3:30 p.m.
He was transported to the hospital where he died a short time later.
