LONG BEACH, Ca. (WPVI) -- A California police chase came to a sudden end, as a new one began - a dog chase.
Officers attempted to corral several dogs that got loose on a freeway in Long Beach last night.
It happened when the female driver surrendered to police.
As she did, six dogs jumped out of her car and onto the road.
It took a few minutes, but all six dogs are now safely in the custody of animal control.
