Driver loses control and crashes vehicle in Olney

OLNEY (WPVI) -- Police say a 22-year-old female lost control of her SUV then crashed and flipped over in the Olney section of Philadelphia early Wednesday morning.

The accident occurred around 5:00 a.m. on West Fisher Avenue near North Front Street.

The driver also hit a parked car before flipping over on the road, police say.

She suffered some head injuries and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Police have not said why the victim lost control.
