10th homicide of the year in Chester

Gunfire has claimed the life of a man in Chester Monday night.

He becomes the city's 10th homicide victim of the year.

Shots rang out around 8 p.m. on the 1100 block of Carla's Lane.

Police have not released any details on the victim or suspect.
