A dream come true for 50 people in Center City .

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- A dream came true Thursday in Center City for 50 people.

Clutching American flags, they took the oath of citizenship at the free library of Philadelphia.

Acting District Director Anna Chau led the oath.

She told the new citizens about her work to earn citizenship.

In a video, president Trump said "our history is now your history."
