BERWYN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Conestoga High School is getting a fresh start with a new head football coach.
Marquis Weeks announced the new title on Facebook.
He's familiar to people in the school district, as he's currently a 5th grade social studies teacher at Tredyffrin-Easttown Middle School and is a Conestoga alum.
Weeks had a stint in the NFL before returning home to Chester County.
Conestoga's former football coach and other staffers were fired after three football players were implicated in a hazing scandal and charged with assault.
On a recent Facebook post, Weeks said he is ready for the challenge.
