COVID-19 learning loss: New report analyzes improvements in Philly since pandemic

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- COVID-19 learning loss hit classrooms hard across the country.

But a new national report shows how Pennsylvania school districts made strides in reading and math to get back to pre-pandemic levels, including the state's largest district: Philadelphia.
