WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- A 50-year-old Delaware man is facing charges after a police chase from Delaware into Pennsylvania on I-95 ended in a crash involving a Pennsylvania State Police vehicle.
The chase began around 9 a.m. Wednesday on I-495 in the Wilmington, Delaware area when police spotted a motorist driving erratically.
It continued onto I-95 North when, police say, that driver, identified as 50-year-old Carl Hunt of New Castle, Del., refused to stop.
Action News is told the vehicle being chased was driving on flat tires when it crossed the Pennsylvania state line.
The fleeing vehicle then struck the Pennsylvania State Police vehicle at about 9:15 a.m. in the area of Prospect Park.
Video from Chopper 6 HD showed a silver pickup truck which rear-ended a Pennsylvania State Police car.
No one was hurt.
Hunt was arrested and is now facing a list of charges.
