Drone crashes in Russia while delivering mail

Ulan-Ude, Russia -- A new program to deliver mail by drone is off to a rough start in Russia

Excited residents gathered to watch the device carry a small package to a neighboring village today.

But it plunged out of the sky and crashed into a building less than a minute after lift-off.

Fortunately, there was no one hurt.

It's unclear how today's incident will affect plans to use the drone for mail service in that region.
