Coming together to rebuild

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Eight homeowners in North Philadelphia received free home repairs and renovations, thanks to a group of volunteers Friday.

This day-long initiative was all thanks to a group called Rebuilding Together Philadelphia.

It brought together students, tradespeople, and community members.

The effort will help elderly or disabled residents to stay in their homes.
