Marathon runner has surprise finish to race

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (WPVI) -- When Stephanie Solt finished the Pittsburgh Marathon on May 5, her partner JT Mylan was waiting for her with an engagement ring.

After presenting a marathon medal to her, he drops to one knee and pops the question.
