Wilmington city pools and spray parks officially open for summer

WILMINGTON, Del. -- Monday was a reason for celebration for children and families in Wilmington.

Four of the city's five swimming pools are now open.

The Action Cam stopped by the Joe Biden Aquatic Center at 26th Street and Speakman Place Monday afternoon.

Kids dove right in - enjoying the pool on this perfect summer day.
