HAMILTON TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- If you're not one of the millions traveling for the holiday, chances are you spent at least part of the day Tuesday getting ready for Thursday's big meal.

At the DiPaola Turkey Farm in Hamilton Township, Mercer County they've been providing fresh birds to the community for 70 years.

The farm is still family-owned, and Tuesday is their busiest day of the year.

Farmer Art DiPaola says his customers are priceless.

"The most heartwarming is when I see three generations walk into this establishment," DiPaola said. "The mother, the daughter and the grandmother. It doesn't get any better than that."

For Thanksgiving, they sell about 8,000 turkeys.

Customers say the farm's quality, and knowing they are supporting the local business, sets their Thanksgiving dinner apart from all others.
