UPPER TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- State Police have identified the man who was seriously injured when the dump truck he was driving plunged off a Garden State Parkway bridge in New Jersey.

The Press of Atlantic City reports that 50-year-old Theodore Parillo of Tuckerton remained hospitalized at Atlanticare City Division in critical condition on Saturday. Further details on his injuries have not been disclosed.

Authorities have said Parillo was southbound when the truck struck a concrete barrier around 2:30 p.m. Friday.
