POP SMARTS: Gwynedd Mercy U. student channels Iggy Azalea for final exam

LOWER GWYNEDD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A Gwynedd Mercy University student found a creative way out of those end-of-semester cramming sessions.

Sophomore Amanda Pirrone channeled her inner pop star for a parody of Iggy Azalea's "Fancy."

But this parody is no joke. She uses the beat of this catchy tune to tell you everything you need to know about the underwater creatures known as Basket Stars.

Oh, and by the way: The video earned her an A in General Biology III.
