ATGLEN BOROUGH, Pa. (WPVI) -- People living in one Chester County community were buzzing Thursday night after something unusual dropped into their neighborhood.
Atglen resident Tami Cooper took video of the moments before a hot air balloon was forced to make an emergency landing in her neighborhood around 8:30 last night.
According to Cooper, the winds died down and the pilot didn't have enough fuel to make it back to Lancaster County.
Fortunately, she says the basket touched down safely in the street.
The FAA has not yet released any information on the emergency landing.
